/ About the project

Clearco, formerly Clearbanc, is a fintech investor offering non-dilutive capital to e-commerce ventures. The rebranding of Clearco was a pivotal moment in the company's history as it sought to position itself as the guiding light for e-commerce brands worldwide, propelling founders to become titans of their respective industries.

Working closely with the leadership team we crafted a vision that positioned Clearco as the sophisticated and top-tier brand of the capital industry. Alongside the Creative Director, I led a talented creative team to develop and launch the rebrand with a visual identity: Starpower.

We look up to the stars — movie stars, sports stars, rock stars, runway stars. Clearco turns the lights up and puts our founders in the spotlight, portraying them as heros. As role models. As super stars.

We paid homage to the original branding that eluded to perforation, transparency, clartity, and builds onto this brand equity. An intensive brand system was created using the Starpower theme that is seen in the brand assets: dots that make up the logo, dot illustration patterns, the iconography system, data visualization and motion design.
